FAQ's

All ingredients are sourced organically and/or locally and spray free where we can.

You will find that some dishes are vegetarian and others do contain animal products. We also cook with ghee, olive oil, butter and tallow to add nourishment and healthy fats to our meals which we believe are essential building blocks to ones diet.

We understand that everyone has different food philosophies and so with this in mind, our meal design tries to provide something for all.

However, you will find that organic, grass fed meats and wholesome full fat dairy feature strongly on our menu.

We are very aware that our service to you requires packaging in some shape or form. But we also want to be mindful of our waste impact on the planet.

This is why we have chosen to not vacuum seal our meals. Whilst this does prolong shelf life of fresh food, we are aware that even recycling containers can end up being a burden to manage as waste.

Therefore, we have decided to use compostable packaging as much as possible which biodegrades.

The sugarcane containers we use are microwave-safe and oven friendly up to 220°C for 20 mins.

We have chosen this packaging because it has minimum impact on consumable waste. You can either choose to freeze meals for up to three months or keep fresh in the fridge for a few days.

We are not currently stocking at any stores, just online home delivery to South East QLD & Northern NSW at this point in time.

Our pre-made meals come frozen. They can be thawed out when needed. Our snacks come chilled.

We are currently delivering to the Southern Gold Coast area and some parts of Northern NSW once per month, mid month.

You will receive a text message one hour before delivery to give you advanced notice.

We can leave it in safe place, however, it will need refrigerating or freezing ASAP.

We provide small group (up to 25) catering for gatherings/ workshops/ events/retreats.

All our dishes are handmade by us. Some parts made in our kitchen and others in your own depending on what is needed.

The produce for our menu is sourced locally, spray free & organically as much as possible.

Championing the abundance of local, sustainable & delicious produce is important to us, inspiring people to make conscientious food choices and purposely eat foods that adds value to our health.

Great question!

  • We use organic/spray free/chemical free, fresh produce. This costs more to source but has a significantly higher level of nutrients and also less chemical load on your body.
  • We source organic, grass fed animal produce. Farming in this way where animals are respected and looked after humanely takes more time and effort on the famers behalf and so this is factored into the price we buy and sell at.
  • We use fresh herbs, organic oils, nuts, seeds, grains and legumes. Not only are they more costly to purchase but the preparation of legumes and grains to be gut friendly requires more time for us and so this is factored in too.
  • We are a small family business, wanting to make big change. Everything is hand made with the best nutritional quality we can get. We are not about mass, cheap production. We know that producing food of quality takes time from source, to cooking, to plate. This is why we want to do it for you, however, this does have to be incorporated into the costs.
  • Local organic produce changes with the season and sometimes the weeks. This is why you may see small changes in ingredients to reflect the importance of honouring natures rhythms. This takes care and attention and again, not mass production using the same conventionally produced ingredients.
